Reporting Faults in the Village

Street Lights

Leicestershire County Council are responsible for maintaining all street lighting on adopted roads within the village and the Parish Council have signed a contract with the County Council for them to maintain all street lighting on all unadopted roads in the village as well.

If you are aware of any lighting faults within the village you are asked to do the following:

either:
Ring (freephone) 0800 626203, choose the 'street lighting' option and give details of the fault - number of lighting column, road name and nature of fault - together with your own name and address.

or:
log onto www.leics.gov.uk and use the 'Search Site' facility to locate 'Street Lights'.
Select 'Street Lighting Defect Report Form', insert the required information and submit the completed form.

The following form may be used to report any other faults/damage to the Clerk to the Parish Council.
