PCSO Paul Shine is focusing on the Neighbourhood Watch schemes that are in place in Kirby Muxloe.
At present there are only 7 schemes registered, although it is thought that some residents may believe that they are coordinators, but in fact may not be registered.

To correct this situation, Paul has asked that all coordinators should make contact with him, either by phone (0116 248 5676 and use collar number 6076) or e-mail (paul.shine@leicestershire.pnn.police.uk), so that he can check the exiting records and update them if appropriate.

If there are any residents who would like to set up a scheme for their street/area, Paul will be pleased to help if contact is made with him.

It would also be appreciated if members of the 'OK' (Operation Kirby) scheme that was set up by Carl last year could send their e-mail address to Carl, so that information can be send to them more easily.

With local resident's commitment to schemes like Neighbourhood Watch, the community and police can work together more effectively to help keep Kirby Muxloe a safe place to live in and help the police to tackle crime and 'Anti Social Behaviour'.
