The entrance to the Parish Council office is adjacent to the Village Hall on Station Road, Kirby Muxloe.

The Parish Council office is normally open from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 midday on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Bank Holidays excepted).
